Reporting to the Head of People Impact and collaborating across the wider People team, this role will serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders. You will champion our "one team" ambition and help leaders translate business strategy into clear people priorities. By providing trusted advice, constructive challenge, and pragmatic, insight-led solutions, you will strengthen organisational effectiveness, support change and transformation, and enhance the colleague experience.
