Regional HR Advisor

Dalton Recruitment is representing a client who is looking for a confident and approachable Regional HR Advisor to support a busy, multi-site operation across the UK. Based out of the client's Lutterworth premises but with regular travel to UK-wide sites (including one in Scotland, Hampshire & South Wales), this is a varied, hands-on opportunity where you’ll work directly with managers, helping them tackle day-to-day people challenges, providing hands-on HR advice, coaching and supporting them across a varied operational landscape to help create a positive working environment and consistent employee experience.

With responsibility across a network of locations, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to understand different operational environments, build strong relationships and make a visible difference.

This would be a great opportunity for an HR Advisor who enjoys being close to the operation, wants plenty of variety where they can genuinely influence how managers support and develop their teams but who is also looking for professional development and longer-term career progression.
