Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic per annum (Realistic OTE up to £36,000+ with performance bonus)
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (1 in 4 rotating shift schedule)

Role Overview
Seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Service Advisor / Aftersales Specialist to join our fast-paced automotive team. You will serve as the primary link between our customers and our workshop technicians, providing exceptional service, clear repair updates, and expert guidance on vehicle servicing and maintenance.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, customer-first mindset.
- High level of organization with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Valid UK Driving Licence (required for moving/handling customer and courtesy vehicles).
- Previous motor trade aftersales experience or retail customer service experience preferred (full manufacturer training is provided).

- Base: Brighton (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategically located directly off the A23 main road, just a 30-minute drive from Junction 11 of the M23, offering easy access across East and West Sussex.
