Primary Teaching Assistant - Eastleigh

£95-£115 per day | Flexible & Ongoing Work | Immediate Starts Available
\n CER Education are recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Eastleigh and the surrounding area.
\n We have opportunities across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting pupils with their learning, confidence and development. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to build your classroom experience, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing

- \n
- Support pupils with English, Maths and the wider primary curriculum \n
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support \n
- Help pupils stay focused and engaged with learning \n
- Support the class teacher with activities and lesson preparation \n
- Promote positive behaviour and classroom routines \n
- Encourage pupils' confidence and independence \n
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment \n
- Work across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your experience \n

What We're Looking For

- \n
- Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable \n
- Previous Teaching Assistant or classroom experience is an advantage \n
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential for all roles \n
- Good communication and relationship-building skills \n
- A positive, patient and enthusiastic approach \n
- A genuine passion for helping children learn and progress \n
- Ability to provide suitable references \n
