Motorclean is seeking a confident, hands-on Compliance & Project Manager to lead regional performance, improve valet processes and turn operational insight into practical results. About the opportunity This is a varied role combining regional operational leadership with national responsibility for valet-process compliance and improvement. You will support sites across the northern regions while helping to deliver a consistent, efficient and cost-effective service across Motorclean's wider network. Working with customers, third-party partners, Regional Managers and Site Managers, you will build strong relationships, embed effective processes and champion the value of Motorclean's outsourced service. What you'll be doing Provide Regional Manager-level leadership and support across northern sites. Implement and embed consistent valet-bay processes in line with company strategy. Train, coach and support Site Managers so their teams can apply processes confidently and effectively. Audit site performance, identify opportunities for improvement and agree clear, achievable actions. Lead and support improvement projects, helping teams embed change and deliver measurable results. How you'll add value Translate company strategy into practical, repeatable processes that improve service quality. Strengthen Motorclean's customer proposition through visible, evidence-based operational improvements. Keep the Operations Director informed of key events, risks, progress and priorities. Share site-visit findings clearly, giving Site Managers and Regional Managers practical actions they can implement. Provide a clear and accurate monthly view of site performance, trends and improvement activity. What you'll bring A structured, process-led approach with a strong focus on delivering agreed outcomes. Clear, constructive communication and the confidence to raise risks when work moves off track. The ability to assess performance fairly, accurately and objectively. A continuous-improvement mindset and the ability to recommend practical alternatives when a process is not working. Strong planning and organisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. The ability to build trusted working relationships with colleagues, customers and third-party partners. Travel and flexibility This is a mobile role involving regular nationwide travel. Overnight stays will be required and may occasionally extend over several days, depending on site and project needs.
