The Opportunity
You will be part of a diverse multi-disciplinary team comprising of engineers, geographers, scientists and planners who all work towards bringing climate considerations to the heart of projects. We work with private and public organisations across multiple markets including transport, energy, water and property. We have three areas of focus - climate resilience and adaption, carbon management and sustainability. Recent projects include long term regional flood resilience strategies, climate change risk assessments for road and rail operators, reducing carbon through influencing the design of major infrastructure, and developing investment funds for net zero carbon.
You would:
- Support in delivering climate change risk assessments, adaption plans and strategies.
- Support in delivering statutory reports including climate chapters of Environmental Impact Assessments, Sustainability Appraisal and Strategic Environmental Appraisal.
- Supporting delivery of literature reviews and desktop appraisals, including peer review, policy review and review of best practice guidance.
- Support in work winning (bids and tenders).
Is this role right for you?
For this opportunity, we are seeking the following qualifications, skills and attributes:
Climate & Sustainability Science, Environmental Engineering; Geography & Geospatial Science or Environmental Science.
You would be able to critically assess various sources of information; knowledge of climate risk, understanding of the concepts of climate change risk assessments; interest in climate risk, resilience and adaption. Interest in climate policies and their application.

- Understanding of delivering/interested in delivering in the built environment.
- Working with large data, data and information visualisation
- Foresight skills.
To be considered for a graduate opportunity, your application must include a copy of your academic transcript and meet the following criteria:
- Full working rights in the country of application
- No more than 12 months of full-time experience in a comparable role
- Recently graduated, or on track to graduate, from your most recent degree, related to your role of choice, before employment starts.
