PUB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an experienced, sports-driven Pub Partner who thrives in high-energy, wet-led environments and knows how to create standout guest experiences week in, week out. Previous food experience is essential, with experience operating branded food offers a strong advantage. You’ll be commercially focused, confident leading large teams, and passionate about using sport, atmosphere and great hospitality to drive results and make your pub the place everyone wants to be.

The Apple Tree is a large community pub situated in a prime location in Coseley, directly opposite the bustling high street and surrounded by a well-established residential community. The pub already benefits from a loyal local customer base and presents a fantastic opportunity to further strengthen its position as the social hub of the area.

The pub trades from a spacious open-plan layout incorporating both a comfortable lounge area and a traditional bar space. Guests currently enjoy a range of pub games and entertainment including pool, darts and a jukebox, creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere throughout the week.

You'll have experience driving community activity, organising events and developing a calendar of entertainment that keeps guests returning week after week.

A genuine passion for live sport, live music and events is essential. You'll be confident engaging with local groups, sports teams and organisations while creating memorable experiences that drive footfall and sales. Previous recruitment experience in a self-employed environment would also be advantageous, helping you build and develop a strong pub team capable of delivering excellent guest experiences.
