Counterbalance FLT Driver

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for Counterbalance FLT Drivers for a large distribution site based in Kettering NN15

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles in line with company procedures.
• Transport stock to designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders when required.
• Conduct daily pre-use equipment checks and report defects.
• Ensure accurate stock handling and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
• Complete paperwork and electronic records accurately.
• Support stock counts and inventory audits.

Essential Requirements

• Valid and accredited Counterbalance FLT License (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT, NPORS or equivalent).
• Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift truck.
• Must be able to pass a DBS check
• Good understanding of warehouse operations.
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

We have the folowing shifts available:

4 on 4 off Day Shifts 7am-7pm

AND

4 on 4 off Night Shifts 7pm-7am

Days: £13.71 per hour

Nights: £14.71 per hour

Temporary to Permanent
