We’re looking for a commercially minded Business Development Manager to develop an established salon portfolio and win new business across a territory with significant growth potential.

Working within premium professional beauty, you’ll help salon partners grow their sales while identifying new accounts and building a strong pipeline.

• Identifying and securing new salon partnerships through targeted prospecting, meetings and tailored proposals
• Building relationships with salon owners and their teams, understanding what their businesses need to grow.
• Developing existing accounts through regular reviews, sales planning and relevant product opportunities.
• Supporting partners to improve retail sales through demonstrations, coaching and campaign activity.
• Working with education and marketing teams to bring launches and promotions to life.
• Managing your diary and travel to make the most of your territory
• Tracking sales performance, maintaining your CRM and keeping a clear view of upcoming opportunities.
• Representing the business at industry events and salon activations.

Who we’re looking for

• You’ll bring at least 2–3 years’ experience in field sales, business development or regional management, with a track record of winning new accounts and growing customer relationships.
• Experience in hair, beauty, spa or wellness would be welcome, alongside:
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence discussing commercial opportunities
• A proactive approach to prospecting and achieving targets.
• The organisation to manage a busy territory independently
• Confidence using CRM systems, sales data and Microsoft Office.

A full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
