- Support crisis prevention, de-escalation, and proactive behaviour management strategies.
- Promote trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches throughout the service.
- Ensure all interventions comply with safeguarding requirements, ethical standards, and best practice.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement through data analysis, audits, and staff development.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A degree in Psychology, Behaviour Analysis, or a related discipline.
- Registration with, or willingness to register with, the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis (UK-SBA) and a commitment to maintaining professional standards through continuing professional development and adherence to the UK-SBA Code of Ethics.

- Experience working with children and young people with complex needs, including Autism, Learning Disabilities, trauma, and behaviours of concern.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs).
- Experience developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to influence and support multidisciplinary teams.
