Front of House Team Member - Gwynedd

We're on the hunt for a friendly, upbeat Restaurant Team Member to bring some fun and flavour to our team! In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant-greeting guests with a smile, taking orders, serving delicious food, and creating a warm, welcoming vibe that keeps everyone coming back for more.

• Key Responsibilities * - Greet guests, take orders, and ensure every customer has a positive dining experience.
• Work closely with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times.
• Keep restaurant and serving, areas clean and tidy, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Familiarise yourself with the menu, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
• Requirements * - Previous experience in a restaurant, fast food or customer service role or as a waiter or waitress is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
