Job description

Care Assistant – Great Stone

Location: Great Stone
Salary: £14.00 – £17.00 per hour
Shift pattern: Days and nights available

Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Care Assistant in Great Stone, paying £14.00 – £17.00 per hour, to provide one-to-one, person-centred care. You’ll support our client with an acquired brain injury from his own home.

Job description

As a Care Assistant with Superior Healthcare, you’ll provide dedicated support around an individual care plan. You’ll get to know the person you support, understand their routines and preferences and help them maintain as much independence, choice and normality as possible.

We know care is about much more than completing clinical tasks, so you must have a great sense of humour as this client loves to laugh! It is also a great bonus if you like to play online games or board games.

You’ll complete our training programme before starting your role. You’ll also have access to ongoing clinical guidance and support when needed, so you’re not expected to manage specialist care without the right preparation.

Shifts

8 hour day shifts or 12 hour night shifts available.
