What you'll do

Working a 12-hour slow rotating shift pattern (2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights with every other Friday to Sunday off), you'll be at the heart of keeping mechanical and electrical systems running smoothly across production and site facilities.

• Carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance to the highest safety and quality standards
• Keep documentation accurate and get involved in continuous improvement initiatives
• Respond to production needs and coordinate work with engineering and factory teams
• Liaise with contractors and source spares efficiently
• Keep the workshop and work areas clean, safe and well organised

What you'll bring

• Apprentice training or a relevant engineering qualification
• Multi-skilled mechanical and electrical experience, ideally within food, FMCG or manufacturing
• A proactive, team-first mindset and pride in a job well done
