Larbey Evans has been instructed on a brand-new opportunity for a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join one of the high-profile and ambitious US law firms on a permanent basis at their stunning West End offices.

This newly created role will sit within the firm’s collaborative finance team working with all levels of staff in the London office. The firm has experienced incredible growth in recent years and is looking for an AAT-qualified AP professional with a strong legal accounts background who is eager to continue their career progression and be part of the firm’s exciting future.
The Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will oversee and manage the full accounts payable and expenses processes for the London office. You will generate reports for management review, providing detailed insights into spending patterns and budget adherence. Additionally, you will support month-end and year-end financial processes and contribute to annual budget forecasting by providing accurate data.
The ideal candidate will preferably be AAT qualified, with a minimum of 4-5 years’ accounting experience in an international law firm. You should demonstrate excellent working knowledge of VAT and SRA rules. Experience with Chrome River and Aderant is highly advantageous, along with confident Excel skills.
