What youll be doing

As a Customer Service Agent youll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in creating positive experiences across every interaction. Whether responding to enquiries processing orders or resolving issues youll help ensure our customers receive the high-quality service theyre expecting from Electrolux.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing inbound and outbound customer communications via phone email post and other channels

• Supporting customers with pre-sales enquiries and product-related questions

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Resolving customer concerns and complaints with empathy professionalism and ownership

• Maintaining accurate customer records within our systems

• Collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver excellent customer outcomes

• Contributing ideas and initiatives that continuously improve our customer service experience

What were looking for

Were interested in people who are customer-focused proactive and enjoy working as part of a team.

Youll bring:

• Previous experience in a customer service customer support or contact centre environment

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• A professional and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions

• The confidence to engage with colleagues and stakeholders across the business

• A positive attitude enthusiasm and a strong team spirit

• Good Microsoft Office skills

• Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but not essential

• Fluency in English
