Be a part of it.Are you an outstanding Nurse with a passion for delivering high quality care?We have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Manager who’s passionate about helping people with a range of complex mental health needs to join our team at Cygnet Bury Hudson.You will be joining our team on a full time, 40hrs per week basis.Please note this role carries the responsibility of on call duties in support of the Hospital Manager.Maximising positive outcomes & recovery for our patients – it’s a challenging, satisfying vocation.At Cygnet, our perks go way beyond pension schemes and excellent professional development.You’ll also enjoy shopping, travel and leisure discounts – as well as a range of healthcare and financial benefits – to support you to be happy both in and out of work.So if you care about making a difference – every day – we want to hear from you.Cygnet Bury Hudson:Cygnet Bury Hudson provides a wide range of secure mental health services for men including individuals with a diagnosis of personality disorder.Your day-to-day…Ensure that the highest standard of clinical care is providedCo-ordinate all clinical aspects of the hospital & ensure co-operation between cliniciansKnow & implement all relevant policies, procedures & regulationsUpdate legal documentation in consultation with other colleagues in accordance with company guidelines, NMC guidelines, legislation & current researchSupport staff in delivering a high standard of care through regular appraisals, training & development of evidence/research-based practiceBe fully up to date with all statutory law & compliance to lawWork closely with the Hospital Manager to resolve concerns & provide cohesive leadershipAct up as required by the Hospital Manager.You…An experienced RMN/RNLD with a valid pin number and at least four years’ nursing experienceCurrently working as a Clinical Manager or Ward Manager or have significant experience in a Senior Nursing roleHave strong leadership & clinical skills, as well as compliance & regulatory knowledgeAre an excellent relationship manager – with internal & external stakeholdersHave experience in an acute, rehabilitation, mental health or forensic psychiatry settingHave evidence of functioning in a supervisory role as a clinician in a similar setting within a multi-disciplinary team.Why Cygnet?
