Job description
We are working with a well-established client of ours to recruit a highly capable Executive Assistant to support two consultants in a leading global Executive Search firm in the West End, London.
About the role:
- - Consistently ensuring a professional and approachable service as the first point of contact for internal and external clients.
- - Providing comprehensive diary management and coordinating complex and often conflicting schedules across multiple time zones.
- - Organising travel arrangements in the UK and abroad. Processing and managing consultants’ expenses correctly.
- - Effectively preparing complex documentation to a high standard within tight deadlines. Keeping internal database updated and maintained accurately and effectively.
- - Working in a fully established hybrid structure with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
About you:
- - An experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record of supporting senior-level stakeholders.
- - Previous experience within Executive Search or Professional Services would be advantageous.
- - A strong team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment and building strong working relationships.
- - Highly organised and capable of handling multiple projects and multitasking under pressure.
- - Confident, deadline-driven individual who is highly motivated and brings a positive approach to their work. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
