The opportunity We're looking for a Branch Manager to join us. In this role you'll lead the day-to-day running of a builders' merchant branch, delivering safe, profitable, customer-focused trading through the branch team. You'll lead from the front, set the standard and bring the best out of your team. Most of all, it's a role where what you do really matters - every day you'll help our customers build with confidence. What you'll be doing Lead and manage all branch colleagues and functions. Deliver branch sales, margin, and service targets. Own branch safety, stock, cash, and housekeeping. Develop key customer relationships and local sales. Control costs, resourcing, and standards.
