PFI Business Development Director Location: Home based / national role with UK travel Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 basic, dependent on experience, with flexibility for the right person Car / Car Allowance: 2% of revenue generated, uncapped Additional Benefits: Profit share and longer-term potential for equity / ownership Role Purpose Our client is seeking an experienced PFI professional to support the continued growth of its business within the PFI, lifecycle and handback market. The role will focus on developing senior level relationships across the PFI sector, identifying commercial opportunities and positioning the business with the organisations responsible for lifecycle investment, asset condition and handback. This is a commercially focused role where sector knowledge and relationships are more important than a traditional sales background. The successful candidate will understand how PFI contracts are structured, where lifecycle responsibility and budgets sit, and have the credibility and network to open the right doors. Working closely with the technical leadership team, you will help create opportunities, develop relationships and build a sustainable national pipeline of PFI related work.
