Social Media & Videographer (Flexible)

Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

Want to Build a Creative Portfolio That Actually Matters?

Rentlife is growing — and we need someone who can capture it.

We’re looking for a creative, confident, camera-savvy Social Media & Videographer to help us showcase properties, behind-the-scenes content, landlord wins, business growth and brand personality.

If you’re obsessed with editing, transitions, Reels, TikToks and making content that actually performs — this could be for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Filming rental properties across Birmingham
• Creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Editing fast-paced, engaging property walkthroughs
• Capturing behind-the-scenes business content
• Creating content for landlord marketing
• Helping grow Rentlife’s social presence
• Suggesting creative ideas (we want input, not just execution)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere Pro or similar)
• Understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends
• Good eye for angles, lighting and pacing
• Confident filming on-site and around people
• Self-motivated and organised
• Based in or near Birmingham
• Access to your own camera or high-quality phone (bonus)
• This is NOT just filming — this is storytelling.

What You’ll Get

• Flexible hours around studies
• Paid role (competitive hourly or project rate)
• Real portfolio-building work
• Freedom to be creative
• Access to high-end properties to film
• Mentorship from a growing property brand
• Opportunity to grow into a full-time role

Why This Is Different

• You won’t be making generic content.
• You’ll be building a real brand.
• Real properties. Real business. Real growth.

If you’re hungry, creative and want your work seen — we want to hear from you.
