With a reputation built over more than 50 years, this well-established practice is recognised for delivering a personal, client-focused service across the region. The residential property team handles thousands of successful transactions and has achieved Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation, reflecting its commitment to the highest standards of service and expertise.

The Role
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and third parties throughout the transaction
- Delivering an exceptional client experience through proactive communication and practical legal advice
About You
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- The ability to work efficiently within a busy and supportive team
- A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
