A growing technical services team is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Engineer to join their Rushden head office.
This is a key technical role supporting customers and field engineers diagnosing faults and finding solutions across mechanical electrical and controls systems.
What youll be doing
- Provide technical advice to customers and engineers over the phone.
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Process technical jobs and identify the parts and tooling required.
- Support field engineers with technical advice and guidance.
- Work closely with the Customer Service and Engineering teams.
- Use internal systems to manage and progress technical jobs.
- Help improve processes reduce downtime and get issues resolved quickly.
