Our well-established client law firm is currently looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team in North Finchley.
Essential Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing within a legal practice
- Experience of freehold and leasehold transactions
- Lease extensions, transfers of equity and remortgages
Essential Abilities
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and organisational skills
