To provide an effective and efficient Senior Medical Secretary service to named Consultants within General Surgery and to help the service achieve its targets Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust and Stockport NHS Foundation Trust work

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join the medical secretarial team in the Surgery, GI and Critical Care Division at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.
As a team player you will be responsible for providing a full secretarial service to the General Surgery department within the Division. The post holder will be required to use computerised systems such as Patient Centre (Patient Administration System) Advantis and the BigHand Digital dictation system.
The successful candidate will have previous secretarial experience and will possess excellent organisation, communication, typing skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
