They’re a well-established and highly respected accountancy practice that I’ve worked closely with for several years, and following a period of continued growth, they’re now looking to bring a Manager into their Accounts team. This is a really important hire for the business and a great opportunity for someone who wants more than simply managing a portfolio. You’ll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with your clients, take an active role in developing those around you and work closely with the Partners and wider management team as the firm continues to grow. There’s also a strong commercial element to the role. You’ll be encouraged to get out into the local market, build your own network, attend events, meet local businesses and spot opportunities to bring new work into the firm.
