- Salary: £40,000 per annum
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm | Alternate Saturdays 8:00am – 12:30pm (1 in 2 rotation)

What we are looking for:
- Proven previous automotive management or workshop control experience within a garage environment.
- Strong hands‑on technical ability and diagnostic know-how to support technicians on complex jobs.
- Exceptional communication, workflow organization, and team leadership skills.
- A customer-first mindset aligned with high quality standards and garage integrity.
What you will be doing:
- Leading, delegating, and managing daily workshop operations and workflow for a busy 11-person team.
- Utilizing strong technical know-how to assist technicians with complex fault diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs.
- Overseeing quality control across MOT repairs, clutches, gearboxes, timing belts, and wheel alignments across Petrol, Diesel, Hybrid, and EV models.
- Acting as a key technical bridge between workshop technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth operations and timely job completion.

This role is based in Beckenham, making it an easy commute from Bromley, Croydon, Sydenham, and Penge.
