Trainee Financial Advisor

We are recruiting Trainee Financial Advisers to join our flagship development pathway for individuals who want to retrain into a professional career in financial advice. This opportunity is specifically designed for people who are ambitious, motivated, and looking for a long-term career with genuine progression and earning potential.

What We're Looking For

• A proven background in wealth management, private banking, financial services or similar client-facing roles.
• A minimum of 3 years' professional experience in client facing environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially experienced.
• Level 4 qualified (DipFA, IAD, CISI or equivalent) or working towards Level 4 Diploma Status (preferred)
• Full right to work in the UK.

Training & Development

Successful applicants will be assessed for entry into St. James’s Place’s adviser development pathway. How we support you:

• A fully funded professional development programme, providing training and support required to achieve your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• If you hold a Level 4 Diploma, we will support you in achieving CAS, if not yet attained.
• Practical exposure to real client work and long-term progression.
