Head of Finance at Loreto College

About this Role

TheCollege is looking to appoint a Head of Finance to be responsible for theaccurate and timely production of the College's financial information, providean efficient and effective accountancy service to all areas of the College, andprovide overall leadership, management and development of the Finance team,including direct line management of the Finance Manager.

Thepostholder will review, challenge and approve monthly management accounts,cashflow forecasts and annual budgets, produce papers for governor committees,lead on the control of the College's finances and assets and maintain budgetarycontrol. You will provide advice and guidance to budget holders, prepare andissue monthly budget statements, and be responsible for the production of theannual college budget. Maintaining awareness of financial developments andfinancial protocols with the DfE and other funding bodies is integral to therole.
