Job Title : Sr. Consultant Employee CentralJob Location: London, UK (Hybrid)Job Type: Perm/ContractJob Description: Senior Consultant Employee Central (BAU/AMS)Role Purpose:Own and operate the steady-state landscape for SuccessFactors Employee Central by delivering reliable L2/L3 support, maintaining configuration health, executing controlled changes, and ensuring compliance, performance, and stakeholder satisfaction under formal SLAs.Key Responsibilities:Service Operations (ITIL)Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests (P1P4) across EC.Execute change requests for minor enhancements and fixes following change control.Drive problem management: root cause analysis, preventive and corrective actions.Maintain a clear knowledge base, runbooks, and support SOPs.Configuration and Data StewardshipMaintain and adjust EC configuration: Foundation Objects, MDF objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, Position Management, Picklists, and Role-Based Permissions.Perform data loads and mass updates using standard import templates; handle data corrections with audit traceability.Ensure data quality through validations, spot checks, and reconciliation.Release and TestingLead release readiness and impact assessments for SuccessFactors releases.Own regression test planning and execution; coordinate UAT and sign-offs.Validate and migrate transports/configuration across environments with appropriate documentation.Integrations and SecurityMonitor and resolve inbound/outbound integration issues with HR, payroll, and downstream systems; coordinate with middleware teams (e.g., SAP Integration Suite/CPI).Maintain RBP roles, groups, and permission policies; enforce least-privilege and segregation of duties.Support IAS/IPS identity and SSO-related BAU activities where applicable.Compliance and AuditEnsure adherence to data privacy and retention policies (e.g., DRTM), audit requirements, and internal controls.Provide evidence for audits, including change logs, test results, and access reviews.Stakeholder and Vendor ManagementServe as the primary functional point of contact for HR operations and business users.Provide status reporting, SLA dashboards, and improvement plans.Mentor junior analysts; conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions.Must-Have SkillsDeep hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reason derivationRBP and Security administrationPosition Management and Event handlingData models, picklists, imports, and configuration workbooksStrong BAU/AMS experience:Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL)Test planning, regression testing, UAT support, and release readinessDocumentation excellence and audit traceabilityIntegration familiarity:Monitoring and triage for EC-centric interfaces; coordinate with middleware/integration teamsTools:Admin Center and, where applicable, ProvisioningITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)Reporting using Story/Canvas/Ad Hoc for support analyticsSuccessFactors modules adjacent to EC: Time Off, Time Sheet, OnboardingPayroll touchpoints: ECP or third-party payroll integrationMiddleware: SAP Integration Suite/CPI; basic API knowledgeIdentity services: IAS/IPS (SSO, user provisioning)Data privacy: Data Retention Time Management (DRTM)Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central; ITIL FoundationExperience59+ years in HRIS/SAP HCM with at least 3+ years in EC-focused BAU/AMSExperience operating in multi-country, multi-legal-entity environmentsTrack record of owning SLA-driven support with measurable improvementsParticipation in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations or major rollouts is a plusEducationBachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, or related fieldRelevant SAP certifications preferred
