UK Field Based | Specialist Care | New Product Launch
Are you looking for a genuine launch opportunity where you can help shape strategy, build market presence and make a measurable impact from day one?
We're partnering with an innovative, growth-focused biopharmaceutical company preparing for the launch of a specialist medicine within a high-value disease area. As part of a newly formed UK team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving market access, customer engagement and adoption across key healthcare stakeholders.
This is a rare opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial organisation where individual contribution is highly visible and success is built through collaboration, accountability and execution.
The Opportunity
As a Key Account & Access Manager, you'll operate across both commercial and access environments, partnering with healthcare professionals, provider organisations, Integrated Care Boards and wider NHS stakeholders to support appropriate patient access and adoption.
You'll take ownership of a strategic territory, developing and implementing account plans, identifying opportunities to improve patient pathways and working cross-functionally to deliver meaningful outcomes for both customers and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans across key NHS stakeholders.
- Drive medicine adoption through high-quality customer engagement and solution-focused discussions.
- Build trusted relationships with clinicians, pharmacists, healthcare leaders and decision-makers.
- Identify and support opportunities for formulary inclusion and pathway development.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver integrated customer solutions.
- Use insight, analytics and local market understanding to influence business decisions and prioritise activity.
- Manage territory performance and deliver against agreed objectives and KPIs.
About You
We're interested in hearing from individuals who can demonstrate:
- Successful pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience within secondary care.
- Strong understanding of NHS structures and healthcare decision-making.
- Experience engaging customers beyond traditional sales conversations.
- The ability to work autonomously and thrive within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong account management, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience of product launch activity would be highly advantageous.
- ABPI qualification and a full UK driving licence.
If you're commercially driven, enjoy navigating complex healthcare systems and want to be part of an exciting growth story, we'd love to hear from you.
