We’re hiring a Senior Lead Generator to join a fast growing, high performing sales team in the City of London. This is a high volume outbound calling role where activity, resilience, and results are rewarded.

You’ll play a key role in driving pipeline, engaging B2B prospects, and creating qualified opportunities for senior sales teams.

The Role

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
• Engage decision-makers and introduce services confidently
• Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
• Build early-stage relationships and uncover client needs
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
• Consistently hit and exceed call and pipeline targets

• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or high volume calling
• Strong communicator with confidence on the phone
• Target-driven with a resilient, proactive mindset
• Highly organised with a strong work ethic
