In our US contract team, you will connect in-demand tech talent with leading businesses and build your own market.
What you will be doing
Building relationships with clients and candidates in the US tech market
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-quality contract professionals
Writing job adverts and managing your candidate pipeline
Supporting the full recruitment process from first call through to offer and start date
Working closely with senior consultants to understand market trends and hiring needs
Bringing ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to a collaborative, sales-driven team
