Line Chef

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Line Chef to join our team at one of Darwin Escapes' beautiful holiday destinations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and great guest experiences. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will support the day-to-day running of the kitchen and play a key role in delivering consistent, high standards. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is looking to develop their skills further within a supportive and growing business. • Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes in line with company standards
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
• Monitor stock levels, rotate stock correctly and assist with ordering
• Check deliveries and ensure quality and accuracy
• Assist with menu preparation and presentation
• Ensure a clean, safe and well-organised kitchen environment
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining high standards
  Previous experience in a similar role within a kitchen environment
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Passion for food and delivering a great guest experience
  This is a fixed term, full-time position working variable days, including weekends and bank holidays., Competitive salary
