Credit & Sales Ledger Project | 3 Months | Up to £25 per hour\n

\nAre you an experienced finance professional who enjoys going into a business, getting stuck into a project and leaving things in a much better place than you found them?\n
\n
\nWe’re looking for someone to take on a 3-month Credit & Sales Ledger project, with the opportunity to really take ownership of the function and make it your own.\n
\nThis isn’t your typical Credit Control role. The focus of the project will be to reconcile, investigate, organise and improve the existing function, creating clear and structured processes that can be handed over at the end of the project.\n
\nYou’ll be getting involved in:\n
\n

\n
• Reconciling the Credit/Sales Ledger and identifying discrepancies
\n
• Working through historical transactions and investigating outstanding issues
\n
• Understanding and resolving complex queries
\n
• Working across multiple income streams and payees
\n
• Reviewing how billing is currently managed and identifying areas that need improving
\n
• Putting clearer processes and structures in place
\n
• Getting the department into a position where it can be easily managed and trained going forward
\n

We’re ideally looking for someone who has experience within the Care sector and can hit the ground running. However, we’d also be interested in speaking with part-qualified or QBE finance professionals who have the experience and confidence to take ownership of a project like this.\n
\n
\nYou’ll need to be comfortable working independently, digging into the detail and figuring things out for yourself. There won’t be someone available to train you step-by-step, so this will suit someone who is naturally proactive, organised and enjoys solving problems.\n
\nThink of it as a Finance improvement project, focused specifically on Credit & Sales Ledger.\n
