The Role
As a Solicitor or Associate in the Birmingham office, you will:
- Support partners and senior lawyers on residential development work including acquisitions, disposals, site assembly, and land promotion
- Be exposed to a broad mix of real estate matters to ensure variety in your workload and a rounded foundation in property law
- Assist with client relationship management and business development initiatives
- Work directly with major national and regional housebuilders, gaining high-value experience and sector knowledge
- Build your technical expertise and commercial acumen in a high-performing, supportive team environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 1 year PQE in commercial property, ideally gained at a recognised real estate practice
- An interest in or exposure to the residential development or housebuilder sector (not essential but advantageous)
- Strong academics and a high level of technical proficiency
- A team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
- Ambition to develop your career and build strong client relationships
