About Us

We are not a sales company and do not sell products. Our mission is simple — to help individuals and families living in poor housing conditions access the support they deserve. We specialise in housing disrepair, assisting clients whose homes have been neglected and require urgent attention.

The Role

As a Field Housing Officer, you will play a vital part in improving people’s living conditions by:

• Visiting clients in their homes
• Conducting property surveys
• Taking photographs and videos to document housing disrepair
• Reassuring clients and keeping them informed throughout the process
• Reporting findings to your team manager
• Working flexible hours that suit your schedule

Full training will be provided — no prior experience is required. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to make a real difference while developing practical skills in a supportive environment.
