Senior Financial Advisor - Hybrid, Client Portfolio

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Adviser to join a successful and well-established firm in Loughborough, providing tailored financial advice to both private and corporate clients through a high-quality, relationship-led approach.

You’ll benefit from an existing client bank from day one, alongside a blend of farming existing relationships and generating new business opportunities. The business offers a collaborative culture with full paraplanning and compliance support, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client outcomes.

The role offers a hybrid working schedule, with most clients attending meetings in the office and some virtual appointments. Any external client meetings are fully expensed.

The Role:

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted adviser
• Conduct annual and ongoing client reviews, adapting financial strategies where required
• Blend relationship management with new business development opportunities
• Provide bespoke financial planning solutions to private and corporate clients
• Work closely with paraplanners and compliance teams to deliver high-quality regulated advice
• Maintain strong long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for growth

The Person:

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning / Chartered
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
• Comfortable managing both existing clients and developing new business
• Professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Ability to deliver tailored financial advice in a compliant manner
