Salary: £125,000-£140,000
PQE Level: 4-6 PQE

Working Hours: Full-Time
Firm: Our client is a fast growing and highly profitable Global City law firm with a stellar reputation within the construction, real estate and energy/renewable sectors.
Role: Joining a prestigious non-contentious construction team, you will work with a wide range of high-profile clients including funders, developers, contractors, sponsors, and public entities and will specialise in working with clients within the energy/renewables space as well as data centres.
- JCT, NEC, FIDIC, EPC contracts
- Collateral warranties
- Professional appointments
- Guarantees and security documents
- DD and transactional support
- Advisory projects

Successful candidate:
- 4-6 PQE England & Wales or commonwealth qualified
- Currently working as a Non-Contentious Construction Associate for a well ranked team within a UK law firm
- Strong focus on the energy/renewables sectors
