Swole Gym is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Front of House / Gym Assistant to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a great gym environment and isn’t afraid to get stuck in. You’ll be one of the first faces our members see, so a positive attitude and excellent customer service are a must.

This is a varied role combining front-of-house responsibilities with helping to keep the gym running smoothly, cleanly and professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming members and creating a friendly, positive atmosphere

• Providing excellent customer service and assisting with member enquiries

• Handling membership enquiries and supporting prospective new members

• Managing front-of-house duties, including calls, emails and general administration

• Helping members with general questions around the gym

• Keeping the reception, gym floor and facilities clean, tidy and presentable

• Carrying out regular gym floor checks

• Supporting the wider team with the day-to-day running of the gym

• Helping to maintain the high standards we expect across Swole Gym

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be a bodybuilder or spend every waking hour in the gym! We’re much more interested in finding someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Proactive and willing to get stuck in

• Organised with good attention to detail

• Passionate about delivering a great customer experience

• Interested in fitness, health or the gym environment

Previous experience in a gym, leisure, hospitality, retail or customer-facing role would be an advantage, but attitude and personality are just as important to us.
