We are working with a leading international law firm looking to appoint a Real Estate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Real Estate team in Manchester.

The Manchester Real Estate team is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and forms part of a leading international Real Estate practice, advising on a broad range of complex commercial property matters across the UK and internationally.

The Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload, including:

• Major retail, mixed-use and office developments
• Commercial landlord & tenant matters
• Portfolio acquisitions and disposals
• High-value investment transactions
• Multi-million-pound transactions for national and international investors and developers
• A broad range of complex commercial property matters across the full property lifecycle

You will work closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, advising sophisticated clients on strategically important transactions and benefiting from the firm's wider network of leading specialists.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a Real Estate Solicitor with strong commercial property experience and a genuine interest in developing their career within a leading practice.

You will ideally have experience across areas such as:

• Investment
• Landlord & tenant
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Development
• Portfolio transactions

You will be commercially minded, technically strong and keen to work on high-quality matters for an impressive client base.
