\n CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established FM service provider working on a static commercial contract in Kingston.\n
\n
\n You’ll be part of a professional engineering team responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of a commercial building, carrying out electrical maintenance alongside a range of general building services.\n
\n
\n This is a great opportunity for an engineer looking to join a stable contract with overtime available, ongoing training and development, and genuine long-term progression opportunities.\n

THE ROLE\n

• Monday – Friday

• 08:00 – 17:00
  
  
\n
• Static commercial site
  
  
\n
• Up to £45,000
  
  
\n
• PPM & reactive maintenance
  
  
\n
• Electrical and general building services maintenance
  
  
\n
• Client-facing role
  
  
\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n

\n
• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance
  
  
\n
• Electrical fault-finding, lighting, power distribution and control panels
  
  
\n
• Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
  
  
\n
• BMS monitoring and plant checks
  
  
\n
• Maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors and associated plant
  
  
\n
• Minor plumbing and general fabric maintenance
  
  
\n
• Complete maintenance records and compliance documentation
  
  
\n
• Diagnose and resolve faults across building services
  
  
\n
• Escort and supervise specialist contractors
  
  
\n
• Maintain excellent health & safety standards
  
  
\n
• Liaise professionally with the client and site management
  
  
\n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n

\n
• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 Electrical or equivalent
  
  
\n
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  
  
\n
• Commercial building maintenance experience
  
  
\n
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills
  
  
\n
• Good understanding of mechanical and general building services
  
  
\n
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
  
  
\n
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
  
  
\n
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
  
  
\n
