Responsibilities
- Capture data from various data providers.
- Correspond with clients as necessary via e‑mail and phone.
- Work to tight deadlines influenced by the market.
- Process data to ensure accurate transaction handling.
- Utilise multiple bespoke systems to input and extract data.
Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills, including use of formulas.
- High level of attention to detail with a proven record of identifying and correcting errors.
- Experience working to short deadlines.
- Highly numerate.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage own deadlines and workloads.
- Experience using non‑Microsoft systems (e.g., bespoke systems) is desirable.
- Experience reconciling data.
- Experience using workflow systems where diary notes are required.
- Financial Services experience.
- Experience with customer data management.
