Taylor Rose is seeking legal professionals to join our consultancy on a fee-sharing basis. We welcome individuals and groups of Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers with expertise in residential or commercial property in the private and/or public sectors and 4 years PQE+ to join our consultancy. You may have the option to work from home, from one of our offices, or a combination of both.

Overview

Enjoy a career without limits, earning up to 75% of your billing. Choose your own clients, fees, hours and volume of work. Work on a consultancy, fee-sharing basis with access to our client referrals, accreditations, lender panels, and support resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide conveyancing services in residential and/or commercial property matters as part of a consultancy arrangement.
• Manage client relationships and casework within agreed fee arrangements.
• Utilize Taylor Rose systems and resources to support practice efficiency and client service.

Qualifications

• Solicitors, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancers with 4+ years PQE in residential or commercial property (private or public sectors).
• Ability to work autonomously with flexible hours and client volume.
• May consider candidates with fewer than 4 years experience for a fee-earning consultant role; please enquire for details.
