What you will do

  • Lead the Children with Disabilities Team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Supervise social workers, ensuring that work is quality assured and meets the highest standards.
  • Apply thresholds and allocate work strategically to ensure that all cases are managed appropriately and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving services for children with disabilities.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic support for children and their families.
  • Monitor team performance and outcomes, reporting regularly to senior management.
