About The Role
Job Specific: Tasks associated with your position
● Follow opening, closing and shift duties and checklists as directed
● Report shortages (or over production) as soon as possible
● Pack and label products in a timely and accurate manner at all times
● Make sure packing machinery and equipment is well maintained
● Report any quality issues immediately to your manager / manager on duty
● Report any maintenance issues to your manager / manager on duty
● Work collaboratively as part of team to complete orders and preparation lists
● Receive and store deliveries, rotate stock, checking invoices and packing notes
● Maintain cleanliness across all areas during set up, close down and during service
● Monitor freshness and ensure correct use and adherence to “use-by dates”
● Accurately record and dispose of wasted product at the end of each day
● Adhere to all food safety, health, licensing, and fire safety regulations.
● Stay informed on menu and marketing changes, supplies, and policy changes
