Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the school office. Manage incoming telephone calls, emails, correspondence, and enquiries. Welcome visitors and follow appropriate safeguarding procedures. Maintain accurate pupil records and administrative databases. Assist with attendance monitoring and related administration. Prepare letters, reports, forms, and general school documentation. Communicate professionally with parents and carers. Support school events, meetings, appointments, and activities. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Provide administrative assistance to senior staff as required. Requirements: Previous office or administrative experience.
