The successful candidate will take pride in creating clean, hygienic, and welcoming spaces for pupils, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Clean classrooms, offices, corridors, toilets, communal areas, and other school facilities. Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures. Safely use cleaning products and equipment. Maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the premises. Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately. Report maintenance issues, damage, or hazards to the appropriate member of staff. Carry out periodic deep-cleaning duties as required. Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies. Secure cleaning equipment and chemicals safely after use. Work cooperatively with the wider site and premises team. Requirements: Previous commercial, school, hotel, healthcare, or domestic cleaning experience. Good understanding of hygiene and cleaning standards. Reliable and punctual approach to work. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Good attention to detail. Physically able to undertake routine cleaning duties. Enhanced background checks will be required.
