We are looking for a Commis chef to join our team of chefs to help us keep delivering outstanding homemade food using local and seasonal produce. Commis Chef Responsibility • Support the preparation and service within a section, working under the guidance of senior chefs. • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company procedures. • Assist in preparing and cooking dishes in line with company specifications and service standards. • Support stock rotation, portion control, and waste minimisation. • Report any issues with stock, equipment, or service to senior chefs promptly.
