The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the wider support team to provide targeted assistance to pupils with special educational needs. You will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment while supporting pupils both academically and personally. Key responsibilities include: Providing one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEN Supporting pupils to access the curriculum and participate fully in lessons Assisting with differentiated learning activities Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence and independence Working closely with class teachers and other support staff Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback where appropriate Supporting pupils with their social and emotional development What the School is Looking For The school is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant who is patient, adaptable and committed to supporting pupils with additional needs.
