Personal Trainer - Brighton

Personal Trainer - Brighton

We're looking for an exceptional Personal Trainer to join our small group personal training studio on a part-time basis - a couple of shifts per week alongside your existing work.

This role is designed for an experienced coach who already has an established client base and simply wants a quality environment to do what they do best: coach.

About Encore Fitness:

Encore is a very friendly and professional gym offering personal training at a reasonable cost. Founded in 2015, our vision was simple: create a welcoming environment where everybody feels supported, regardless of their age, experience or fitness level.
We believe strength training should be accessible, enjoyable and something that improves lives both inside and outside the gym. Today, Encore is more than just a gym. It’s a community built around expert coaching, genuine support and helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident for life.

What this role is:

• Delivering high-quality small group training sessions to our existing membership base.
• Being part of a studio that puts coaching excellence and atmosphere above everything else.
• Straightforward, rewarding shifts - no marketing, no assessments, no admin.

What this role isn't:

• A full-time position.
• A business-building opportunity.
• A high-volume, commercial gym environment.

We've built something genuinely different here - a premium, community-driven studio where members are engaged, motivated and already committed to their training. We just need the right coach to lead them.

If you take your craft seriously and want a role that respects that, we'd love to hear from you.
